Your responsibilities :
Provide customer service in both German and English by phone, email, and chatSupport customers with licensing, pricing, payment details, and order statusPrepare quotes for software licences and renewalsFollow up on quotes to support the sales processProcess orders accurately, ensuring correct details and timely deliveriesCommunicate with suppliers to coordinate quotes and ordersWork closely with Account Managers, Finance, Technical Support, and external partners to deliver excellent serviceKeep databases updated with customer and order detailsSupport with other related administrative or service tasks as needed Requirements
