About the Role
The Customer Success Manager is accountable for driving strategic growth, retention, and long‑term value across our highest‑priority enterprise customer portfolio. This role leverages advanced account management and executive‑level partnership to deeply understand each customer’s business objectives, navigate complex challenges, and ensure our solutions become critical to their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with EcoOnline products and clients to deliver account mapping, stakeholder identification, life‑cycle management, and a shared roadmap and action plan for greater value and growth.
- Consult with and manage account stakeholders to maximize service delivery performance consistently and sustainably.
