Role Overview

SalesAPE.ai is looking for a commercially sharp Customer Success Manager to own long-term relationships with our growing portfolio of SMB clients. Post-onboarding, you'll be the person clients call, trust, and grow with. You'll understand their business goals, monitor how their AI agents are performing, and take ownership of driving outcomes that keep them renewing and expanding. This role sits within the Professional Services & Customer Success function. You're not just managing accounts; you're protecting and growing revenue, and you'll be expected to approach it that way.
