Customer Support Advisor (French) — Porto, Portugal
Do you speak French and love helping people? We're looking for a warm, solutions-focused Customer Support Advisor to join an on-site team in Porto, supporting customers of a major telecom provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and digital channels in French
- Assist with account management, billing, product information, and complaints
- Accurately record customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Work toward individual and team performance targets
- Operate Monday to Saturday within rotating shifts from 7am to 7pm
- Participate in regular training to stay up to date on products and processes
What We're Looking For:
- French language at C1–C2 or native level
- Valid working documents in Portugal (EU citizenship or Portuguese Residence Card with NIF and NISS)
- Based within 30km of Porto — local candidates only
