Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative, you are the first point of contact for dealers and end users. You ensure that inquiries are handled correctly, courteously, and efficiently.
Your responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for dealers and end users via telephone and email
- You manage and handle customer inquiries and service requests via a ticketing system
- You ensure clear and customer-oriented communication in French, German & English
- You monitor the progress of outstanding inquiries and ensure proper follow-up
- You identify recurring questions or bottlenecks and discuss them internally
- You report to the Customer Support Team Leader
