Become part of the AFE Government of Quebec team as a Bilingual Customer Support Representative in Mississauga. This hybrid role focuses on assisting customers in English and Quebecois French.
This 12-month fixed-term contract requires supporting borrowers with their loan inquiries and providing guidance to those at risk of default. You will analyze client needs and maintain service standards while achieving set performance metrics in a team-driven atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound customer calls in both languages
• Deliver educational support to borrowers in good standing
• Counsel and motivate delinquent borrowers
• Customize solutions for financial obstacles
