Responsibilities
- You’ll be the friendly voice (or message!) our premium customers hear first when they need travel help.
- Guide our partners through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks.
- Jump in and save the day when someone’s travel plans hit a bump.
- Chat or talk with passengers — whatever helps solve their problem fastest.
- Create real connections. We want customers to remember you — the awesome human who helped them out.
Requirements
- Speak Norwegian fluently (C1) and your English is solid too.
- Be positive, patient, and open to whatever the day brings.
- Listen first, then speak clearly and confidently.
- Be organized, on top of things, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
