We are looking for an experienced Cytoscreener to enhance our Cytology Department, or a trainee eager to learn. Key responsibilities include screening Liquid-Based Cytology cervical smears, participating in a comprehensive training program, and supporting diagnostic processes. Working under the supervision of registered BMS professionals, you'll ensure quality service delivery and contribute to ongoing staff mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct screening and analysis of Liquid-Based Cytology samples
• Support the preparation of patient materials for diagnostics
• Rotate through various laboratory sections as needed
• Collaborate with staff to meet service standards
• Train and mentor junior staff in cytology processes
