We are looking for a Czech/Slovak Travel Agent to join their team in Athens, either on-site or remotely. In this role, you'll support travelers and accommodation partners worldwide, ensuring smooth booking experiences and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer and partner queries via phone, email, and chat in both Czech/Slovak and English
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and general travel-related issues
