Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, operations or similar graduate degree;
- Proven experience in a program management role, preferably in a highly regulated industry such as petrochemical, automotive, pharmaceutical etc.;
- High project management experience and demonstrated success;
- Good verbal and written communication skills; at ease in dealing with ambiguity and communicating with senior management, demonstrates flexibility to adapt scope and projects, ability to present complex issues in a concise way, ability to write documents;
- English language, both oral and verbal;
- Demonstrated skill and passion for problem solving and operational excellence;
- Comfortable working with and presenting to business leadership on escalations and problem solving.
