Be a part of a public sector team supporting citizen engagement, appeals assessment, service delivery improvements, and data driven projects involving CRM systems, AI tools, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries and assess appeals from members of the public regarding government related schemes.
- Review cases fairly and thoroughly, ensuring accurate evaluation and proper follow up.
- Liaise with public agencies and internal stakeholders to gather information and coordinate responses.
- Manage complex cases requiring detailed analysis and multi stakeholder coordination.
- Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects to improve service delivery.
