Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join a leading Financial Services organisation in Queensland on an initial 6-month contract. This role will support a major Data Re-platform initiative, working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and project teams to analyse, document, and validate data requirements throughout the migration and transformation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business and data requirements.
- Perform data profiling, mapping, and lineage analysis across legacy and target platforms.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data quality rules and reporting requirements.
- Produce clear documentation including data dictionaries, mapping specifications, and process flows.
