Day to Day
- Lead and execute infrastructure expansion projects (Racks, PODs, HVAC, UPS, electrical panels, etc.)
- Coordinate and validate engineering activities to meet operational and technical standards
- Manage budgets and analyze financial data to support strategic decisions
- Install and maintain hardware and network infrastructure (servers, switches, FO/UTP cabling, etc.)
- Identify, inventory, and register all Data Center assets and liabilities
- Supervise technician and customer access through ticket-based workflows and accreditation
- Communicate effectively in Portuguese and English, both remotely and on-site
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal company policies
