What You'll Do- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that consolidate data from Mindbody , CRM systems, and other operational sources into Snowflake
- Ensure data is clean, consistent, and well-documented so stakeholders can trust what they see
- Manage and optimize Snowflake schemas, tables, and views to support reporting and analytics use cases
- Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Explo (or similar tools) that surface KPIs across the franchise network
- Translate business questions into clear, accurate, and visually intuitive reports for corporate and
