Context Within Customer Experience & Commercial Transformation (CXCT), our ambition is to elevate customer experience and accelerate commercial transformation. To succeed sustainably, we must manage data risks while staying customer‑centric. Reporting line Position embedded in the CXCT team; close interactions with Cybersecurity, Data Risk, Data Protection Office, business domains and IT/Business stakeholders. Your role Ensure CXCT activities comply with applicable regulations and security standards; drive the adoption of privacy & security frameworks and act as a key point of contact for teams. Your missions Lead data risk management (privacy, security, classification) across CXCT and promote the appropriation of standards by teams.
