Kruger Products ’ Digital Team builds AI and analytics solutions used across the business. Our work spans manufacturing - predictive maintenance, process optimization, plant data troubleshooting, and asset management - as well as commercial areas like marketing, sales, and demand forecasting. Our portfolio includes the AssetKare platform, supporting operations across Canadian and US sites, alongside a growing suite of generative AI assistants and analytics tools for corporate teams.
What you will do
Design, validate, and deploy machine-learning, optimization, and statistical models that solve concrete business problems (anomaly detection on production lines, demand forecasting, or LLM-powered internal assistants)
Build LLM-based agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and fine-tuning or prompt-engineering workflows where they meaningfully outperform classical approaches
