Wilfrid Laurier University is seeking a collaborative decision‑maker and mentor to serve as its Dean of the Faculty of Social Work.

Responsibilities

The Dean will provide bold, inspiring, and collaborative leadership to the Faculty, including leading accreditation efforts, fostering community within Laurier, and advancing innovative approaches to social work practice, education, research, partnerships, and curriculum development. The Dean will ensure a vision for the future of the Faculty, support sustainable growth, develop new partnerships, recruit and mentor diverse full‑time, field, and contract teaching faculty, and oversee the faculty’s budget and fund development.
