Basic Function: The Dean of Faculty serves as a key academic leader responsible for faculty affairs, instructional quality, and faculty development. Reporting to the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs, the Dean of Faculty provides leadership for teaching excellence, instructional assessment, curriculum support, and academic innovation.
