Job Description
Help drive decision making through data extraction, advanced analytics and reporting of key metrics to hospital staff and senior leaders. Work with programs and services across the hospital to better understand health service utilization and needs of HSN patients and support ongoing reporting of activity.
Reporting
Under the general direction of the Manager, Decision Support.
Duties
- Extract data from databases to derive insights, identify trends and monitor performance.
- Implement quality assurance activities and manage data integrity and accuracy.
- Utilize SQL, Excel, Power BI, Crystal Reports and other analytical tools or software programs to extract, visualize and manipulate data.
- Automate processes to transcribe data from multiple systems to SQL data server and generate reports.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop Business Intelligence products, including Power BI reports.
