Key Responsibilities
Manage day‐to‐day delivery station operations, focusing on the fulfillment of Amazon orders directly to customers.
Lead a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers, conducting meetings, training sessions, and task assignments.
Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring all team members and DSPs are properly trained and their needs addressed.
Drive change rapidly, implementing innovation to keep the organization competitive.
