What You'll Do
- Develop a comprehensive program plan that defines the program's objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Identify and engage stakeholders, including executives, business sponsors, and team members. Maintain regular communication to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure buy-in for program initiative
- Establish program governance structures, including steering committees or advisory boards, to provide oversight and guidance
- Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple squads within the program
- Identify and assess program risks
- Monitor the progress of squad delivery within the program, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones
