What are your responsibilities?

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will work within our kitchen team to maintain high service levels. The Amsterdam Marriott Hotel has several F&B outlets. In our newly renovated restaurant Midtown Grill, we serve breakfast, lunch for groups during the afternoon, and the finest 'a la carte' steaks in town during the evening.
