Dental Hygienist
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care services.
- Perform clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening.
- Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and providing counseling.
- Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on individual expectations while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behavior.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
- Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required.
- Valid CPR certification is required.
