Lead the Hardgoods department with your passion for sports and coaching expertise. As a Department Sales Manager, you’ll build relationships and drive sales while mentoring your team.
In this role, you will coach and develop your department staff, set expectations, and build a positive work environment. With at least 2 years in retail management, you'll drive business growth while ensuring exceptional customer service. Your knowledge of sports and the retail environment will allow you to inspire both customers and employees effectively.
