Full Stack Developer - Border Flow
Mexico City (On-Site, No Remote)
The Role
We need a Product Designer who thinks in workflows, not just screens. You’ll redesign complex data‑heavy interfaces — shipment tables, compliance dashboards, document management — into experiences that are fast and intuitive for professional users. This is not a visual polish role. You’ll own the UX end‑to‑end.
What You’ll Do
- Lead UX research and design for core product flows (shipment entry, document upload, compliance review)
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs in Figma
- Work directly with engineers to ensure pixel‑accurate implementation
- Define and maintain a B2B design system
- Conduct user interviews with customs brokers and logistics professionals
