In the role of Senior Design Manager, Electrical and ICAT you will:
Manage the electrical design process during pursuit and post pursuit for design build and design assist projectsAssist in pre-construction services for various sectors where electrical systems are more complex (health care, mission critical, justice and educational)Advise on conceptual electrical design and technology approach on building system solutions in order to provide a complete and competitive bid for design build pursuitsReview sub-trades financial submission and evaluate the bid is competitiveness and compliance Support the P3 projects execution team throughout the design process until IFC in order to assure pursuit design intent is implementedReview RFP submission deliverablesPrepare scope delineation matrices and other process tools to assure no scope gaps or scope overlap...
