Enhance user experience as a Deskside Support Technician in Halifax, Quebec. This role encompasses hardware roll-outs, software support, and troubleshooting customer issues on-site.
We are looking for a Deskside Support Technician with 1-2 years of field service and deskside support experience. You will handle intermediate IMAC activities, assist with software installations, and provide first-level Help Desk services. Solid internetworking, a self-starter attitude, and exceptional customer service skills are essential.
