HR Field Team / International HR Team is responsible for the international mobile staff Doctors Without Borders sends from Norway to medical emergency projects worldwide. This includes attraction, recruitment, deployment, and development. Our goal is to have the right person in the right place at the right time. At the same time, we work to ensure the best possible working conditions, support, and development opportunities for our staff. As a Development Advisor, you will have a service-oriented role and be an active member of the International HR Team.
