Overview
Develop a highly organized and proactive Development Coordinator to support Main Street Skowhegan’s growing fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This full‑time, one‑year AmeriCorps VISTA position is located onsite in Skowhegan, Maine and reports directly to the President & CEO. The role will strengthen development systems by managing CRM data, coordinating donor stewardship, supporting grant and campaign activities, and assisting with the implementation of the organization’s fundraising strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage donor stewardship activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing thank‑you cards and acknowledgments.
- Ensure all business and donor contact information in the CRM is accurate and up to date.
- Record interaction notes in the CRM following meetings, calls, and touchpoints.
- Enter and track all sponsorships and donations in the CRM.
