Reporting to the Site Manager, the Clinical Dietitian provides high quality nutrition support to Long Term Care/Complex Care residents. The Clinical Dietitian is primarily responsible for nutrition and dysphagia assessments, and development and maintenance of a nutrition care plan for residents, taking into account the resident’s needs and values while using the best evidence available to make decisions.
