MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Digital Product Manager, CRM for a permanent role with a client of ours located in Vancouver
Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities. Collaborate with senior leaders to set quarterly objectives and problems to solve, guiding the product team to achieve them
- Engage regularly with guests, championing their voice and ensuring their needs and feedback are central to product development decisions
- Build strong internal partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams and foster external relationships with business partners and customers. Work with technical architect and engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and optimal solution design
