Job Description
As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the existing customer base, focusing on cross-selling and upselling within the managed accounts, using digital channels and remote sales techniques. The main goal is to increase the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of the customer base as well as the company's revenues.
Qualifications
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Follow-up of French, Belgian, or Spanish clients on a daily basis and ensure their satisfaction.
· Prepare commercial proposals in Word (in French, English, or Spanish).
· Perform cross-selling and upselling within managed accounts.
· Keep the CRM (Salesforce) and other tools updated.
· Work with marketing, helpdesk, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
