We believe dining is an important part of joyful living. Our dining room is a place where residents gather, connect, and feel at home. This is a working leadership role, where the successful candidate will actively serve residents while supporting and guiding the server team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example in all aspects of dining room service including greeting residents, taking orders, and serving meals.
- Provide on‑shift guidance and coaching to servers and new staff.
- Support the Head Chef with server performance reviews.
- Assign and supervise completion of daily service tasks.
- Troubleshoot service issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.
