Bishop’s University is seeking a Director of People and Culture for a regular full‑time position.
The Director reports to the AVP Human Resources and is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing Bishop’s University’s human resources and organizational culture strategy. The role ensures a healthy, stimulating, fair, and equitable work environment aligned with the University’s mission and values, while complying with applicable laws, collective agreements, and institutional policies.
