Job Description
The position
1. Oversee NN's patent portfolio in China- Secure optimal patent protection for NN in China through prosecution, by close collaboration with Global Patents and in-depth industry knowledge, especially for the critical patents;- Defend for NN patent validity challenges from any third party after aligning with business strategy, and exhaust any possible legal means when necessary;- Provide relevant patent support to Global Patents, including relevant FTO analysis, patent practice consulting, patent application reviewing, etc;- Monitor the patent system development in China and advocate for further improvement. 2. Provide IP support to business with cross functional efforts- Provide patent support to business and drive the good practice to collaborate with Region China, including patent listing, PTE, etc;- Provide regular patent update to key stakeholders and management in Region China;- Lead the advocacy efforts to support patent protection cases and regul...
