What's the opportunity?
Director of Lumina (Data Platform) Governance leads governance operations for RBC's Lumina AI & Data Platform, ensuring efficient, compliant production deployment of Data & AI use cases. This role combines governance leadership, onboarding operations management, and pioneering use of Agentic AI to transform governance into an intelligent, autonomous, and predictive function.
Your responsibilities include:
Transform Platform Onboarding: Reduce intake-to-production from Days to Hours using Agentic AI
Pioneer Autonomous Governance: Transform governance from a reactive process to proactive, intelligent risk management
Scale Through AI: Deploy AI agents to handle governance tasks, achieving autonomous processing of low-risk reviewal
Drive production approval decisions and maintain enterprise compliance
