Director, Engineering

Your role within the team:
Leadership and Management
- Assist the Engineering Director in leading the engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee day‑to‑day engineering operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide leadership and coaching to management roles and senior professional staff executing commercial and internal work packages and projects.
- Be accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams.
