Position Title: Director, Executive Compensation & Global Mobility
Location: Espoo, Finland (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global strategy for Executive Compensation, Long‑Term Incentive plans, and Global Mobility in alignment with KONE’s business and Performance & Reward strategy.
- Design, develop, and manage Executive Compensation frameworks and processes, including: base salary structures and governance; short‑term and long‑term incentive programs; executive benefits and retirement provisions.
- Establish and oversee governance and reporting frameworks for Executive Compensation and LTI programs, ensuring transparency, compliance, and alignment with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
