Summary This Senior Executive Service (SES) position is in the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention, Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics, Existing Chemical Risk Management Division. Responsibilities The Existing Chemical Risk Management Division is responsible for addressing several mandates for existing chemicals (those already in commerce and on the Inventory) under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), while continuing to address harmful legacy chemicals that remain in the environment.
