Director, GSS Functional HR Lead

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Director, GSS Functional HR Lead to join our team at WHR Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What you'll do

The role’s responsibilities span two critical phases: (1) Building Out GSS and (2) BAU Operations.

Building GSS (in Partnership with U.S. Leadership & Project Teams):

• Strategy, Planning & Stand‑Up: Support the development and implementation of the HR operating model within the Global Shared Services, ensuring key operational and HR processes are designed for efficiency, quality, compliance, scalability, and a positive team member experience.
• Talent & Organization: Partner with the Site Lead to define governance structures, workflows, escalation paths, and service models for each functional tower.
• Process Transition & Training: Partner with the Site Lead to ensure rigorous knowledge transfer, shadowing, parallel runs, and quality checkpoints prior to go‑live.
