Director HR Business Partner - Wealth

The Director and HR Business Partner will provide consultative and strategic support and service to executive level business/functions Wealth and Advice leaders to support the development and delivery of people solutions that align to the vision and strategies of the company.

Reporting to the AVP Human Resources Business Partner, the Director and Human Resources Business Partner will work directly with senior executives within the Wealth & Advice division (EVP, SVP and VP level roles). This portfolio spans both wealth and MGA businesses, with a mandate to drive growth. Partner with senior leaders shaping and delivering people strategies that directly enable business growth, integration, and transformation.
