Job Description

Reporting to the President, the position is accountable for human resources strategy, organizational effectiveness, executive‑level communications, and strategic change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to support overall business performance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to provide practical HR support across all functional areas.
  • Lead the human resources function, including organizational design, talent acquisition support, employee relations, leadership communications, compensation‑related coordination, policy development, and people programs across union and non‑union environments.
  • Manage multiple collective agreements and union relationships.
  • Provide strategic HR leadership to executive management on workforce planning, succession, performance management, employee engagement, compensation modeling, and organizational effectiveness.
