Director, Infrastructure Operations
Reporting to the VP, Technology Operations & Support, the Director, Infrastructure Operations is accountable for the end-to-end operational health, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency of all on‑premises and cloud environments. The role leads infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, system and application administration, database services, networking, and operational security execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day operations of on‑premises and cloud infrastructure environments, including compute, storage, networking, databases, middleware, and core platforms.
- Leadership and direction to managers and senior technical leads covering infrastructure engineering, cloud operations, system administration, application administration, DBAs, networking, and operational security.
