Job Description
Overview: The development team is responsible for accelerating
International new unit growth executing our real estate strategy to provide
more access to Wendy’s through development, incentive programs, and innovation.
This role acts as a critical business partner to the International Development
functions to lead and support key strategic initiatives aimed at driving
sustainable growth including, but not limited to Real Estate Market Analysis
and Development Strategy to identify market gaps and competitive positioning in
existing markets, and develop strategies to optimize asset plans based on local
market insights and to partner with finance to review new restaurant opening
sales performance, cannibalization and sales by channels and recommend pivots
