Overview
Reporting to the Vice President, Investment Management, the Director, Loan Operations will lead and evolve the Loan Operations function, actively managing the Loan Operations function – balancing hands‑on execution in complex situations with the ongoing development of a scalable, high‑performing servicing platform, operational excellence, and team leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and scale a high‑performing servicing platform, support the continued growth of the business, and build strong relationships with national lending partners.
