Lead nursing services as the Director of Care at Southbridge Care Homes in Picton, Ontario. Oversee clinical programs and ensure high-quality resident-centered care in a full-time role.
As the Director of Care, you will provide clinical leadership and manage nursing and personal support services in compliance with the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021. This position demands at least five years of clinical experience in long-term care, including two years in a leadership role, along with strong knowledge of care standards.
