The Client Services Director is responsible for proactively managing all aspects of service delivery, providing leadership and support to ensure high service standards both internally and externally, and continuously improving them. The role focuses on strategic leadership, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, uniting technical service delivery, customer experience management, and professional services under one cohesive strategy to drive customer retention, growth and value realization.
