The Role (Primary Responsibilities)
- Comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures.
- Supervise and manage faculty members and staff, providing day‑to‑day performance coaching and monthly advisements.
- Recruit, train, and develop faculty members and staff.
- Conduct classroom observations on a regular basis.
- Work with faculty members to perform curriculum reviews to improve quality of instruction.
