The Director of Employee Relations & Compliance is a global HR role responsible for the central facilitation of employee relations efforts, HR compliance, HR program and project management as well as ongoing identification of continuous improvement opportunities. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this position will partner with Global HR Leadership, regional HR Managers, Global HR Centers of Excellence, and other partner organizations.
Based in our New York City, Alpharetta, GA, or London office, this position is a hands‑on and highly collaborative role for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth business environment undergoing exciting transformation.
