We are conducting a search for an outstanding Director of Food and Beverage for one of our international resort clients that operates a first-class, all-inclusive property in St Lucia. They are urgently seeking the talents of an outstanding individual who will possess excellent guest service and cost management knowledge as well as an eye for detail. The candidate will oversee the entire food and beverage operations to ensure that all financial goals are met and that superior service standards are maintained at all times.
